Credit terms (draft)

Draft — these terms are a working draft and are not yet in force. Pricing is subject to change.

• Seller. Vana is sold by Mindsbeam Technologies Inc under the annamal.ai brand.
• Prepaid. Vana is prepaid. Top up $5, $20, $100 or a custom amount (minimum $5). There is no subscription.
• Usage. Each call draws down your balance at $0.035 per 1M input tokens. Output tokens are not billed.
• Zero balance. At $0 the API returns 402 insufficient_balance until you top up.
• Auto top-up. Optional. Save a card and set a threshold; your balance is topped up automatically when it drops below it.
• Expiry. Credits do not expire while your account is active. Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
